Wetland Park

I've changed my thinking while doing speed paintings for the last few days. Instead of trying to get the correct colors by sight only,

Ive been thinking about how and why the local color of an object is being changed by the light. I think this greatly speeds up my process because I'm not spending alot of time trying to match colors between the images, instead, im trying to find a similar color and value that makes sense... if that makes sense. Although the painting is not a great copy in terms of color, I think it still reads well on its own.

I was able to get this one out in only 30 minutes.
