Gary Soto Kitchen pt.5

These are the final two paintings for this assignment which was to paint 2 of the same scene with different lighting scenarios.

 I learned so much going through the whole illustration process; something that I've neglected in my personal work. And it was a lot of fun. From initial loose exploration sketches, orthographic views, to final layout and color. I'm excited to take what I've learned and move on to the next assignment.

Here are the beginning stages of the first Vis Dev project of the semester; designing a kitchen! I first sketched and designed the isometric view on the left, then I modeled the kitchen using Google sketchup and used that model to created about 25 thumbnails. I included my favorite 5
